Quinn works with people at one of the bigger decision points of their lives. That's the part he finds most meaningful — being someone a person can actually count on, who shows up straight and helps them figure out what makes sense.
Quinn grew up in Pennsylvania and made his way to Colorado — first Breckenridge, then the Front Range. He found real estate the way a lot of people do: he came across it, saw he was good at it, and kept going. Since 2018 he has worked more than 300 transactions across the Denver metro.
What has kept him in it is the people. Real estate puts you in the middle of situations that actually matter to someone — an estate, a divorce, a move that has been a long time coming. Quinn likes being the person who makes that easier.
Orris Homes is a Native-owned business. Quinn is of Yankton Sioux heritage. He lives in Denver with his wife, their dog, and two cats.
Quinn works across the full range of real estate — listing homes on the market, making direct cash purchases, or helping people think through which path fits their situation. If selling traditionally with prep and timing makes the most sense, he can do that. If closing fast as-is with no repairs or showings is the better move, he can do that too. Most people are not sure which is right when they first reach out, and that is a fine place to start.
